Even though travel is a large part of my normal life, I still romanticize it. I daydream about PanAm flight attendants, dapper pilots with million-dollar smiles, Frank Sinatra piped through the airport speakers and travelers dressed in their best, excited for the journey ahead.
Growing up on the East Coast, I expected snow as soon as we flipped the calendar to December. There were a handful of occasions that the snow didn’t arrive until after Christmas but for the most part, snow was a big part of my life.
I am SO thrilled it’s finally Friday and I will have some time to relax, get ready for Christmas and get some more looks shot for you guys! Today’s look is one for you cool girls – a sleek and chic and tough look that marries Christmas glam with a bit of bad-ass.
December is here and I don’t know about you… but I’m basically one big walking sequin. I wish I could be cool about it and wear some avant-garde ensemble that is fashion-y and Christmas-inspired. But let’s face it – this is the only time of year that you can be blinged out and no one can say a single thing about it.
Just a quick-and-dirty post before I head out of town. I’m off to LA to work on some awesome secret things – which you will see VERY soon – follow me on snapchat if you want a preview! (@sometimesglam) Here’s a look I wore recently while out with husband for date night.
